Utility Authority

The Members of the City Council serve as the La Habra Utility Authority.  Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers, located at 201 E. La Habra Boulevard. These meetings are typically conducted on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Civic Improvement Authority

The Members of the City Council serve as the La Habra Civic Improvement Authority.  Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers, located at 201 E. La Habra Boulevard.  These meetings are typically conducted on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Housing Authority
